Association H2 Strasbourg places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy describes the processing carried out in connection with the site and the European Forum Defence • Civil • Natural Hydrogen, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected
We only collect the data you provide to us:
- Accreditation request: subject, last name, first name, email address, phone, organisation / company, role, country, postal code and, where applicable, your message.
- Newsletter: email address.
Purposes
- Handle and process accreditation requests for the forum;
- Communicate with you about your participation;
- Send you, with your consent, information about the forum and its editions.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, collected when you submit the form or sign up to the newsletter.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for the organising committee of Association H2 Strasbourg. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
Sub-processors
To operate, the site relies on technical providers acting as sub-processors within the meaning of the GDPR: o2switch (hosting, in France) and a transactional email service (acknowledgements and notifications). These providers use your data only on our instructions.
Retention period
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@h2strasbourg.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) for audience measurement. Consent is denied by default: no analytics cookie is stored until you accept via the banner. A strictly necessary functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers your browsing language; the h2_consent cookie stores your choice for 12 months. Neither of these cookies requires consent.
