Terms of sale

These terms govern the distance sale of access to the live stream of the European Defence • Civil • Natural Hydrogen Forum on 16 September 2026. Registration to attend the forum in person at the Arsenal de Metz remains free of charge and is not covered by these terms.

Service
The access sold includes:
- the live broadcast of the entire forum on 16 September 2026;
- access to the replay of the sessions after the event.
Access is personal and intended for a single attendee. The forum programme is provisional and may change as speakers are confirmed.
Price
The price is 200 € including tax, per attendee. The price shown on the payment page at the time of the order prevails.
Order and payment
Orders are placed online on a payment page hosted by Stripe, our payment service provider. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and are neither collected nor stored by Association H2 Strasbourg. The order is firm once payment is confirmed by Stripe.
Delivery of access
The live stream link is sent by e-mail, before the forum, to the address provided at payment. The replay link is sent by e-mail after the event. Buyers are responsible for checking that their address is correct and, where applicable, their spam folder. If you do not receive it, write to contact@h2strasbourg.org.
Right of withdrawal
Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without having to give a reason. To do so, send an unambiguous request to contact@h2strasbourg.org. Reimbursement is made no later than fourteen days after receipt of that request, using the same means of payment.
Cancellation or postponement of the forum
If the organiser cancels the forum, access is refunded in full. If it is postponed, buyers may either keep their access for the new date or request a refund.

Data provided when ordering is processed in order to deliver access and manage the relationship. Details are set out in the privacy policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
